Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Skincare products that have been opened

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer (if applicable).

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was from our side.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
